Install gets "failed" message

I'm totally new to Kontakt. I was trying to download some of their free sounds to try them out.

When it's near the end of installing it suddenly says ' "installation failed due to unknown error"

Is that something wrong on my end or Kontakts ?

Hi Jeremy.......and thx so much.

Removing the file Exts from my download folder seems to have fixed it .
