Native Access won't download a few things

I recently installed all of Komplete13 and there are half a dozen items out of the 80 or so...that won't download and I don't know why. The error simply says "failed download" and no further explanation. I have tried this several times and its the same items every time. I've already tried to check the desired designated path..should be no problem there, everything else is installing to same base path...

in case it matters, the specific items giving me a problem are

- Abbey Roads 60's drummer

- Drum Lab

- The Gentleman

- The Gradeur

- Vintage Organs

Any suggestions?

Check the internet connection and safety,

Plus, you can try to make a custom desktop folder specificaly for NI plugins and move the location there with the File Manager.

    Hope it works.

internet connection is 100% fine, 80 other items from Komplete are able to download and install just fine, its just these half a dozen that refuse to download for some reason.

I am not sure what you mean about a custom folder, I am already trying to send everything to a custom folder...and as I said, the other 80 items are downloading there, but these half a dozen items no.

Desktop folder, not the folder for My PC.

And then you go to the File Management in NA and change the VST3 location to that desktop folder.

Hope it helps with the issue.

Why would you change the VST3 installation location when the problem is downloading libraries? Also, the VST3 locations are specified by Steinberg in the specification, adding a random folder on the desktop just means that things won't work.

Cause I had similar issue with downloading the library and i did just that, it helped me with the issue.

Maybe you need a different tip.

Download problems can be hard to trouble shoot and when happening during the sale might even only be temporary. A fix for some users to test if a local server issue has been to try using a VPN.. For an example discussion then try reading from here and on-wards !

As @PoorFellow said, get in touch with our support with the link he provided. You did not mention your operating system, that's an important information.

Have you checked these articles from our Knowledge Base?

Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"

Native Access Error Message: "Download Failed: Please Check Your Internet Connection" (Windows)

@Milos Because one thing worked for you on one occasion does not necessarily mean it will work for others, please avoid commenting if you're not sure, it only brings more confusion.

Support sent me some direct links to download the products so i am good to go. No idea why native access can’t do it but hopefully it will be a long time until I need to care again.

yes I tried already all the suggestions on various webpages mentioned, nothing worked
