None of my VSTs are showing in Kontakt 7
To load u-he plug-ins into Kontakt 7, I went to preferences, custom libraries, add and the paths are shown in the photo below and it is not showing up. I've restarted my computer multiple times.
For the Arturia plug-ins, I only selected third party resources when i installed them. Again, nothing new is showing up in Kontakt 7. What else can I do?

These instruments are not Kontakt instruments - however, they will load in Komplete Kontrol.

I'm using the S61 mk3, so I still need to get komplete kontrol?

For VSTs, yes. Kontakt only hosts Kontakt instrument + KK hosts VSTs.

I struggled with the same issue. I think ultimately I just don't understand what Kontakt is. I'm about to dive intro YouTube and try and figure it out.

This was a misunderstanding on my end. All i had to do was download the current version of Komplete Kontrol. All the third-party / NKS-compatible plug-ins appeared there.

Kontakt is a sampler, it loads sample based libraries and instruments. It doesn’t host plugins however, for that you need a plugin host.
Komplete Kontrol is designed to host and act as librarian and controller interface for all NI products and third party plugins like those from Arturia
