repair paths doesn't work

I try to repair scarbee pre bass amped on native access but the library disappeared

Same thing for scarbee pre-bass I go to the library to relocate it and it seems to work and appears in green after relocate but stay on repair mode on N access

I own the HD of komplete 13 but I don' t how to proceed to reload

    Hello,

    you don't relocate on the native installation drive, if that's it, what you're trying. You have to relocate the folder where it is installed or where you have relocated the installation. So please give a bit more details, maybe you have to reinstall instead of relocating.

    And you can't uninstall now,I fear, and reinstall, if I have time tomorrow I will try to relocate scarbee pre bass, I also own it. Maybe there is an issue in general. You could also try to download the regtool from native and uninstall scarbee that way then reinstall it.

    hello Uwe of course I’m on ios and of course it doesn’t work

    I realize that the library on user folder is missing but every Ozer components seems to be OK. I probably did bad manipulation and erased it

    Yes that is then most likely the case, I'm not a mac user myself so I don't know how you could force a new installation if the mac/na thinks something is already installed but it's not or damaged. I would try it this way. Maybe like shown here, on windows this would not work this way, for example:
