I am new to Kontakt and need advice on set up

I have native instruments installed on my laptop and I recently purchased the S 61 MK two controller. When I plug it into the laptop with a supplied cable, none of the voices load onto the screens of the controller. Can anybody help me remedy this thank you.

You need to install the Komplete Kontrol software from Native Access and use that. Would suggest if you need a walkthrough on how to use the keyboard, you open the manual and start reading:

You need to load the Kontakt Libraries in Komplete Kontrol.

I want to complete control, preferences, audio library, factory, and selected ad. I see the list, but it still does not load into my keyboard.

@Jtrig Did you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application? Does it recognise the keyboard? If this is the case follow the steps here: My KOMPLETE KONTROL Keyboard Does Not Start
