i don't understand why there is just 5 stereo output in the output section.
even when I'm configuring with the unassigned busses above the st5 everything is mono.

All those options were there for quite a long time now, in previous versions too. And manual does mention how to work with outputs in host scenario... https://www.native-instruments.com/ni-tech-manuals/kontakt-manual/en/the-outputs-section#outputs-in-host-mode
They can be mono, stereo, quadraphonic, up to 16 channels per output. Drag the 'audiochannels' amount with mouse.

When modifying or creating 'Outputs':
To increase the amount of channels. Place mouse over 'audiochannels' amount. Press left mouse button and hold while sliding mouse, increasing the amount of channels.

Make the changes outside of Nuendo and see what happens. And save your configuration in standalone.
edit: I should say I'm no expert because I don't even use them. I just know the basics of how it works.
I try that to. With the stand alone I see all my sound card output. Everything work fine.
Even after saving it's not working in my dad.
There is something wrong there and I don't know what.

i solved the problem .
you just have to check the box "make this your default configuration" and ok.
after reopening the kontakt the busses was stereo.
Yeah, save configuration was the last thing I said, but that window didn't have those options in previous versions.
None of which is covered in the K7 manual.
Hahaha... nvmd. Thought that was the channel configuration popup.
