I Need A Little Help with the Kontakt Factory Library 2

I just recently upgraded top the KONTAKT 7 update bundle from Komplete Select and for some reason I was able to download everything except the new Factory 2 library. Well actually i downloaded it and it shows up in the browser but when I try to load instruments I get this error message "This instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed". I have tried redownloading it and Kontakt 7 and also downgrading Native Access but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried this and even tried using Native Access 1 & 2 to reload Kontakt 7 and the Factory Sound Library 2 but still unsuccessful but thanks for the reply.
