Cashback 200€ native Instruments

I bought an s88 piano on December 19, 2022. I would like to benefit from the €200 cashback as announced during the purchase but I cannot use it. Could you tell me how to get them? However, I did register my products on my native account.

@Nico_NI Hi Nico. I registered my Maschine+ in the needed timeframe and NI confirmed that 200€ cashback will be paid. And I also contacted the support team without success. Unfortunately, I still have not received a cashback transfer from NI. I have been trying to get my money now since January that NI confirmed to me after I bought my machine+ as part of a special sales promotion. Can you please try again to complete the transfer of my money?
