Downloading TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2 MK2 for TSA6 via Native Access

Hello everyone,

I am having issues transferring my version of Traktor scratch pro 2 to a new macbook via Native Access. I downloaded the Native Access Software and clicked on add serial, I then copy-and pasted the serial number of the my traktor version (from the my products section of the website), into the serial key box. I keeps loading for ages and then canceling.

Can anyone help me with this?
