about 24 hours and still haven't gotten purchase download

I purchased several products yesterday, about $2k worth, and still haven't gotten my Serial Numbers for download. this happened before and was due to the wrong state in my info and looks like it happened again. not sure how it keeps happening I definitely fixed it. it took over a week for them to respond and fix the problem before. hoping someone can have them get in touch with me and solve this faster. has this happened to anyone else?? thanks for anyone's help!
