Track gain changes with pitch adjustment

Here's my issue. Whenever I change the pitch (I'm in key lock), there's a +/- 2 db change in level output. The vu meter goes in red territory. This is measured both internally and externally (via Audacity). Do you know how to solve this issue?

I'm using Traktor Pro 3, Traktor Kontrol S4 MK 3 and Komplete Audio 6 (for recording).

    Hello,

    does it behave the same if you use the mouse or just with the controller. In the settings of traktor you can increase headroom a bit maybe - I'm not in front of my PC right now but later can check what the name of the setting is and where exactly to find.
