Why does Logic delete unused instances of Kontakt?

My template has ~275 tracks in it. During the last couple projects I’ve worked on, some of the tracks, with Kontakt have been either hidden or deleted. Every Kontakt track that doesn’t have a MIDI region is gone. Not sure if i’m accidentally hitting a keyboard shortcut or something, but the project will randomly go down to 95 tracks or so. This has happened across multiple projects, any thoughts?

There's a specific Logic command to do that for unused tracks, Kontakt or otherwise. You must be hitting that!

Tracks menu -> Delete Unused Tracks

There is even the keyboard shortcut: shift+cmd+backspace

I grabbed the specifics from somewhere else, doubt they've changed!
