I can't install native access

Hi everyone, let's see if you can help me, I have an ASUS I7 12 generation, 480 ssd, updated to the latest version of windows, and it won't let me install native access, the error says unable to install old version of native instrument NTKD DAEMON Please uninstall it yourself using control panel ad remove programs before attempting to install this product.

I don't have anything installed currently, and I don't know what to do, please help

    Hola si he contactado,y he conseguido instalar native acces,pero ahora me da error al actualizar....
