Why doesn't Hypha Holiday Gift appear in Native Access for me to download?

I ordered Hypha (Holiday Gift 2022) a week ago and it still doesn't show in Native Access. I can see the product is registered in 'My Products Serial and downloads" but I can't seem to download it. This is the first problem I have encountered with Native Access.Please help,. Thanks Mike Garry

    have you tried to log out and back in again with native access?
