Komplete Kontrol A61 set up problem

Hi all,

New here so hope you're all doing good. I've repeatedly followed the troubleshooting wizard in order to get my A61 to work, but alas, it still is not. I've reinstalled Komplete Kontrol in NI Access, and I've checked the Library - Application Support - NI but there is still no Hardware folder to be found anywhere. Would anyone know how I fix this? I'm on OSX High Sierra at the moment, plenty of RAM etc etc.

The A61 is compatible from macOS 10.14. High Sierra being 10.13 you'll have to update to a newer OS.

Thanks - for some reason I though there was an older KK for older OS's. I'll just have to wait for my new laptop when they're released in the UK.
