products not showing in native access

I have downloaded native access and my products arent showing in it, they show on native instruments web page but not in native access. i have tried to add the serial number but it keeps showing that its registering and wont move from that page. anybody know anything about this?

    @emma I'm not a Traktor specialist, here is a user forum where i sometimes give some tips and advice but it's not our support section. You submitted a request, my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.

    @emma If Traktor Pro 2 is not showing in Native Access it could be that it's not supported by your operating system. Have you checked compatibility? What is your operating system?

    Hi Jeremy, the operating system is Catalina the latest version only updated the other night.


    Before when I used traktor pro 2, I had the option to use the four decks? Now it doesn’t allow me to use the four deck option, even though I’m using traktor control s4 Mk2? Can you please explain why this is?

    When I try to submit a request on the link you sent me, it asks me about traktor 3 not traktor 2? Any other ideas? It’s really a simple question? Or do you expect existing customers to update to a program they already owned for £44? It makes no sense! How was I able to use the 4 deck option on traktor pro 2 and now I don’t have the option to download traktor pro 2 only traktor 2? It doesn’t make sense?

    Request was submitted last night. How long does it take them to reply?

    Hey J, I have tried everything installed all the drivers and now traktor s4 isn’t functioning with traktor. I have went through all the guides to troubleshoot the problem and nothing! Please help. This is hideous
