Upgrade from Select to Standard Kontakt 7 in Demo mode

I bought an upgrade from Komplete Select to Standard but when I install Kontakt 7 it goes into demo mode. I have not had a version of Kontakt before. But I also bought the upgrade because it says everywhere that in the standard version is Kontakt 7 Full Version.

But why does it go into demo mode after installation?

I solved the problem with a tip from Native. I used the Windows solution.

Solution 2 worked.
