Still having this issue in the latest Native Access on my new computer. Is this supposed to have been fixed?

@Jeremy_NI I'm having the same issue with missing sound images and have followed all your advice in here and i'm still missing a few. I've done the reset from the link you provided and it only brought in a few more images.

I downloaded and copied over ALL the images that you provided in themes recent .zip file from March 1st this year, and mostly i have everything now, but there are still some missing. These are:

Glaze, Prime Bass, Electric Mint & SK Grand Y (see screenshot)

Are you able to provide an updated image.zip which contains all these files please?

@PhillD I added Glaze, Electric Mint and Prime Bass in the folder and uploaded it here. For SK Grand Y, I don't know what third party product that is, also sometimes third party manufacturers don't provide thumbnails.

The Session Keys Grand Y is also one of your products, albeit a bit older.. the session strings and session horns show their thumbnails and are also older, bought at the same time as the session keys :)

Here's a screenshot.. i hope you're able to get the thumbnail working on this last one that's missing.. my OCD type tendencies won't cope otherwise...

Session Keys Grand is from e-instruments not NI, although it is listed as NKS compatible it's not part of the NI session series

It may be their original install had thumbnails, they should have included them as it's part of the NKS spec

Thanks Kymeia. It was so long ago i didn't even realise it wasn't an NI product - think i just made the connection as I always had to use the kontakt player to use it :) Thanks for correcting me.

Given that Session Horns and Session Strings (also of e-instruments) both loaded their thumbnails, i've contacted e-instruments to try and get the installer files to see if a reinstall of Session Keys sorts corrects that thumbnail.
