kontakt 7 browser has lost the presets

My kontakt7 browser no longer shows the presets for any of the libraries. I can access them in the old way but the new cool browser just shows the libraries, no presets. I've tried a dozen things to fix this with no luck.... Browser has been fine since upgrading until today. I purchased v7 mostly for the cool browser.

I finally had success the 2x around by deleting the database file

Says it's a matter of deleting Komplete.db3 file located somewhere on your computer

Noticed in your screnshot their is a greyed out 'RESET' button in the search bar.

Not saying its related, I'm just curious what it is; couldn't find anything in the manual.
