After buying Komplete Kontrol give an e-ticket for 25 dollars, or not?

It's been 24 hours and I still haven't received my $25 e-ticket after purchasing the Komplete Kontrol a49.

    I am not sure, how it is now, but in past it automatically occured on user's NI account. Try and check it there. And also email spam folder...
