Kontakt 7 hiDPI on a 4K monitor
Here in late 2022, we have Kontakt 7 Player which on a 4K monitor looks like this at 4K resolution. Instead of releasing new products [I've got over $1000 into the collector's edition] they should focus on a new, re-architecture..same old baggage from ions ago thus we are still dealing with this DPI nonsense. No way would I pay a $500 upgrade from 13 to 14. On the other hand companies like Toontrack, PreSonus, etc are leaving NI in the dust..Toontrack auto discovered the screen size and adjusted on the fly to 4K.
NI this is shameful.

Hi @Ant G. the Kontakt product team shared a few words about HiDPI implementation here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/6554022324637-KONTAKT-7-FAQ
Also we're having an AMA with them this week on the forum. Feel free to drop any questions there: https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/8804/ask-me-anything-share-your-question-to-the-kontakt-team/

Hello - I've read both articles and noted the response regarding 1000s of developers.
Question: Why weren't these developers contacted back in 2007 when many of us graduated from WXGA to HD resolution? 4K was released prior to 2014. A 16 year lag to Kontakt these developers?
Regarding the referenced article, there's no posting date.
"Which libraries are available in HiDPI?"

I know this is an old thread, but 100% of the reason I upgraded to Kontakt 7 was for HiDPI support, which doesn't work at all. The UI is impossibly small and my aging eyes can't see what i'm doing. I've moved on to a better sampler that I can actually see.

It does have interface zoom now, have you not tried that?
