Does Kontakt 7 Player come with the Factory Selection 2 or do I first need to purchase Kontakt 7 to get it?
Hi @pw9 there's no need to buy Kontakt 7 if you just want Factory Selection 2. You can get it by downloading the free Komplete Start.
That's great. But what about my friend? He added Komplete Start (probably many times), wait long time, wrote email(s) (so far no answer at all), and still he has no Factory Selection 2 - not in Native Access, not on website owned product list.
IMO for that price you get, your website and software should work a little better.
