I bought an effect bundle via my brother's paypal account because the money was debited but I didn't get an email or serial number. What can I do now?

I bought Ozone 11 yesterday and have not received my serial number. I can't remember purchasing software where I had to wait 2-3 business days before I could use it. You should make it clear to customers that this is your practice. Sometimes people need something now for a project and would go elsewhere if that wasn't going to happen...
