EastWest libraries in Komplete Kontrol

Hi everyone,

I just ran the installer from EastWest to allow their libraries to be used in Komplete Kontrol found here:

https://www.soundsonline.com/support/updates

My M1 MacBook Pro can now see the EastWest libraries in the Komplete Kontrol browser. However, upon trying to load any of the EastWest instruments I get this error message:

Is there anything I can do to get this to work?

I just realized there is a support article from NI on this already. I should have checked before posting.
