Maschine Mikro Mk3 unable to use it

Hey all, just bought a maschine mikro mk3 today and I got it registered and all the software was available but soon after I had to close Native Access before download software for the maschine mk 3. When reopening the maschine tab was gone and and the available software. Now when attempting to input the serial number again it is just stuck on the registering popup. Checked my account the maschine is registered to my account. Kinda salty. What do?
