I just bought a used Maschine mk3, the person upgraded to Komplete 13 standard and have sent me the codes for transfering the licences but it doesn't work. Even the hardware serial number is invalid on Native Access. What can I do?

transfer codes work differently, normally you get a mail from native with the codes and in there should be a link to a website where you transfer the products into your account. But you can do it manually here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/209566549-How-to-Import-a-License-Transfer-ID-to-your-NI-Account
