Can't download Massive X 1.4.2

I've been trying to download the 1.4.2 update for Massive X this evening and every time I get "Download Failed". I hit the retry button and "Clear the Queue" several times. Quit the program and retried again but still can't download.

Anything else I should try? Or is this a problem with NI's servers?

    OK, solved it. Apparently, Native Access has recently developed a problem with VPN. Had no issues with other recent downloads. I use Proton VPN on Win 10, for the record.

    Thanks for sharing the solution. We indeed always recommend to disable VPNs to avoid download issues.
