I bought kontakt 7 to 2 days, installed it and it was like a demo

I don't know what to do, the support is super slow, I think it's a shame for a company of this size, they have such a slow support, I'm trying to lose money wanting to produce my late songs, and no one helps, sorry for the weak English, I'm Brazilian.

    I resolved after deleting everything related to kontakt native instruments, and reinstalling everything again from scratch, it was the only solution I found!
