Any rumors about new hardware?

Does anyone know if there are any rumors of a new S4 etc out there? I think it's been 3-4 years since the S4 Mk3 was released. Maybe a standalone Traktor unit would be cool like the XDJ.

I've been thinking of jumping back into DJing and looking at the S4 since I owned the first one way back when.

Nothing as yet. NI did say over a year ago now that new hardware would be produced but then it all goes quiet. This is my opinion only. Stems within Traktor will be coming over the next 3 - 9 months. I think new hardware then perhaps for Traktor 4.0 will make sense. Like I say I’m on guessing here.

They have 5-6 years cycle. Check (MK1 to MK2 to MK3 time of releases)

I'd suggest looking at Pioneer or Denon. It's pretty clear NI have no idea what they're doing with Traktor any more other than trying to cash in while they still can.
