Selling Mashine MK3 with Komplete Select 13 - what happens to my upgrade?

All good day. Question regarding the sale of my maschine mk3. I want to sell the controller, but I have software for it in the form of Select 13. I also have upgrades of this select to standard and ultimate. If I sell the controller along with the select 13, what will happen to my ultimate upgrades? Thank you.
