I purchased the Kontact 14 bundle upgrade to 13 but upon installing I have now got issues with plugins loading correctly - checking through possible issues I am at a loss - everything seems to be in the right place and yet when I load logic = Kontact will tell me "sounds are missing" when I hit spotlight it freezes every time I have to force quit - m rig is now completely unusable and I have work to complete ... no idea what to do to solve this - it's a massive library to re-download , not even sure if that will fix anything . sort of regretting doing the upgrade at this point - FOR YOUR INFORMATION : I have tried re-installing the plugins that are missing etc and various doing other various trouble shooting moves

Hello,

have you tried kontakt stand alone first, and check there if it works. Also open other instruments stand alone first, all that have a stand alone version, so they can build a database correctly with all sounds.

When you open Kontakt in standalone, do you also have problems? Or is it only in Logic?

Is it only an issue with Kontakt? Komplete Kontrol? All NI plug-ins?

Have you given Full DIsk Access to Native Access, Kontakt and Logic? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Whare did you install the libraries? On an external hard drive? What format is that drive?
