Why is Traktor Pro 3 in discount but not the update from Traktor Scratch Pro 2 to 3 ?

Hi, Why is Traktor Pro 3 in discount but not the update from Traktor Scratch Pro 2 to 3 ?

It costs 50 cents more to buy the full version and 50 cents less for the update...
