Native Access 2 stuck on installing "Previews" - very annoying!

Seems to be stuck on this endless installation and unable to break the cycle - even uninstalling/reinstalling Native Access 2 doesn't stop it! I have manually installed "Previews" from the download folder but still it persists! Ready to throw the computer out the window! Please fix this Native Instruments. Unacceptable!
