Native Access opens off screen

I have a dual monitor setup on an Nvidia Quadro M6000. Two monitors each 3840x2160. Native Access was opening off screen until I hardcoded where the window opens. I learned how to do this from the old forum...

Seems like this would be something manageable to fix. Issue was originally reported 5 years ago.
