Double-charged for Kontakt 7 update

Hey,

I recently purchased the update to K7 (reference number xxxxxxxxxx) and have unfortunately been double-charged for it, seemingly due to an error in payment processing. I do have a support ticket number logged for this and getting this resolved is kind of urgent for me as I do still have other bills that come due next month.

Is it possible to reverse one of the charges here? Thanks.
