I saved the plugin Sunburst 64 in VST, but it doesn't work in FL Studio and there's no use refreshing and scanning. Actually i'm asking for help with this problem, I'd appreciate if anyone do me this, looking forward to your early reply.
What do you mean by saved? What plug-in or product do you mean by Sunburst? Do you mean this Kontakt library?
Did you install Kontakt ?
Are you able to load the library in Kontakt in standalone ?

In case you mean Session Guitarist – Electric Sunburst (or Deluxe), it's a KONTAKT instrument, not a plug-in!
That means you'll need either the free KONTAKT Player or the paid full version of KONTAKT in order to be able to use it.
