Hi i am trying to make old songs work but i am missing kontakt 4 which is on an older computer. I cannot see no way to access kontakt 4 either on the site or in native access. I have added the serial for the komplete edition it came from but is still not available?.

Kontakt 4 is not EOL, so it should be possible to install it and use.
So, hard to say, why it does not show up in your Native Access. What comes to my mind, it may not be supported by your version of operating system. You might need older version of OS. Are you on Mac or PC?

Hi... im risingto music recording from old ago. I own Kontakt 4, i have the DVDs. I log in in my account, installed "Native Acces". My accound, in the webpage, says i can download K4 from Native Acces. But there, i can see it anywhere. Only K6 and K7 players.
Any tip? Thanks!

Install it from the discs. End of story.

Sorry, I thought it was able to install on 10 as x86. Win7 is it.
Best solution is save tweaked instruments in old projects with all samples. Transfer them to new computer and load them into K5, 6 or 7.

Well... that´s what i will to do. I hope they are in good shape. My question is because the account says that is available to download, but it´s not, appear to be.

If you're using Native Access 2 (the new dark client), make sure to activate "Show discontinued products" under "Legacy Products" in the Preferences.

It's really just the KFL that you want though isn't it?
That you could just copy to an external drive on the old PC and transfer it to the new PC. If you have the discs, the same should be possible without installing K4. A network cable works too.
While K4 may be in your account, I don't think the library is.

If you're having problems authorising K4 and Monochrome's suggestion doesn't work, it might be worth trying the original Native Access v1.14.1

Well... the older Native acces downgrade was succesfull... but K4 is not listed anyway. Nor the New Native Acces with the legacy option activated.

NA shows only SW that can be installed on given computer. If K4 cannot be installed on your PC (or NA things so), it will not be shown in NA. But if you install it anyway somehow (I have installed Super 8 to Win7 even thought it is not supported OS), NA will authorise it, unless it is totally EOL.
You should have DVDs with Kontakt 4, so no problem to try to install it.

I tried that but at the end you have to activate Kontakt 4 and it gets stuck on the old service centre page. This whole thing is driving me nuts. I have a bunch of songs where I used Kontakt 4 but I can't tell which instrument I used as it just says Unknown in Ableton when I open the project

I have just changed computer (Windows 10) and have installed and activated Kontakt 4 with no problems. After installing the programme, I opened Native Instruments (latest version). I enabled "Legacy Products" under Options. Kontakt 4 did not appear in any list but I clicked "Add a serial number" and put in the K4 serial number from the back of the package. K4 activated at once.
