In Song mode, audio loop restarts in new section even though Retrigger is not checked.

In Ideas mode, when I trigger a new scene with Retrigger unchecked, any audio loop that is playing continues uninterrupted. When I add sections to the song, however, the audio loop restarts when a new section starts. I have made sure that Retrigger is unchecked in Song mode as well as in Ideas mode.

This is a problem because I am trying to use Maschine to compose backing for a song that was composed in another DAW and bounced, so I am loading that into Maschine as a long audio loop that should continue playing from start to end across sections.

Is there some way to make this work, or is there another way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?
