K14 does not show up in Native Access

Want to ask why komplete newer versions do not show up in Native Acces.

Did a upgade 12 to 13 and now to 14.

Same issue last year and not solved.

Added serial from the newer 13 and 14 in Native Acces.

In logic as well as only komplete there is only 12.

Spent hours and hours but cannot solve it.

    What do you mean by Komplete does not show?

    After adding the update, say K14, plugins that are in K14 should show up in Native Access. And also those plugins that were in previous version and is not included in K14 (like Absynth).

    The K14 will not update, there is also for example in Logic when creating a new instrument with komplete no kontakt 7.

    Looks like everything from older versions stays.

    I just upgraded from 12 to 14 while logged into my NI account and the new Komplete 14 stuff showed up in my Native Access within a minute. It is supposed to that easy.

    Do you by chance have 2 accounts and your Native Access is logged into a different one than the one you used to upgrade on the NI website?

    Have one account.

    And yes, it used to work that easy always just like you said.

    Have some of the new instruments in Native Acces but am not able to install, installation failed every time again after downloading.

    Do not know how what to do.

    Is there someone with the same issues?

    Did you try restarting Native Access? Also check in the preferences if your installation path is correct.

    Please note it can take a few hours for the products to show up in Native Access.

    @And What is your operating system? Updates will be proposed to you if they are compatible with your system. What product updates are you after exactly?
