My keyboard KOMPLETE KONTROL S88 MK1 won't turn on. There is no physical damage, but the device does not turn on, and is not recognized when connected to a computer via USB. Can I find somewhere a schematic of a device to attempt a repair?

    Already offered a replacement option for a refurbished one. Now I'm thinking.

    I will assume you are using the power supply as well as connecting to the computer? As far as I know, there are no available schematics and you would need to contact “Hardware Support” available at the Support link above.

    Oh sure. When turned on - no signs of life.

    And the current consumption when the ON button is pressed is only 50mA.

    I cannot comment on the power draw, but if you turn it on and there is no sign of life, then it is certainly a hardware issue and as I stated, you need to contact Hardware support.

    Thanks! Well, yes, I made a request to technical support - but what can they offer me if there is a malfunction? Warranty expired...
