Maschine 2 Factory Library Upgrade (Download)

Hi, my question, is the factory library upgrade classed as a separate expansion to the factory selection ? or does it add it all to the initial factory selection expansion ? there is already many kits in the factory selection expansion, and last time the upgrade was on sale, I think it was this fact that put me off.

Can the factory library upgrade license be transferred to a new user? that way if it does interfere with factory selection, the upgrade could be uninstalled via Native Access, am just a bit worried it will overload my current factory selection.
