7 dead keys with no led lights on the 7 keys.

Just unboxed a brand new s61 MK2 downloaded all the plugins etc, ran up Logic pro x and I have 7 dead keys, In Kontakt, In arturia , In Komplete Kontrol. 7 dead keys and no lights lighting above the 7 dead keys, swapped USB cables still 7 dead keys .. any help or just take back to the store,

    swapped to another macbook pro and still the same 7 dead keys, :( super sad face, $1399 spent on gear that's faulty

    Hey @Kiwicano, really sorry to see this. Where did you buy the keyboard from?

    Definitely would advise to take it back, if you bought it new they should be able to replace it 🙏

    local music store chain , so ill take back this morning. and hopefully swap right away

    taken back and swapped out, was out of my ability to correct, just one of those things, excited to get the full keyboard going, love the layout and screens
