Maschine Mikro MK3 - 2 Pads not working

Hey there,

i have notized that Pad 3&4 are currently Not working in fingerpressure

as my little boy loves to push on the Buttons may he has changed some Settings i cant See?!

are you able to give me some help what i can do to get it working?

tried the following:

  • reconnect USB
  • Driver up to date
  • NI host is running at login

I have also sent a request to NI

    Hey

    i did the hardware MIDI Check with MIDI MONITOR and as it seems Pad 4 sends various signals without touching it and Pad 3 doesnt respond at all


    NI Support will check now of a return for repair will be an option
