Can't set up S4 Mk2 to new laptop

Hi. Had to upgrade the old laptop as it was lagging with an old processor. Tried setting up on the new one, but it keeps throwing back that the serial numbers are invalid so unable to set it up. Really frustrating, so hope you good people can help me here?

    Looks like you've got two Native IDs and are not logged in with the right account. That's why the serial number is not recognized.

    trying toreset password but fogot old one please help trying to link traktor kontrol s4 a present from my best friend
