My Komplete Kontrol M32 serial is not valid

Hi there,

I just received my Komplete Kontrol M32 midi controller I purchased on Amazon Houseware...I tried to register it on my account but the serial number I see on the bottom of the keyboard turns out to be "invalid". I can think it could have been used by the first owner...is there a workaround/solution to be able to redeem the sw bundled with the keyboard anyways...?

I just wrote about the issue to NI, sending serial and proof of purchase and they replied within minutes that the serial # was deleted from the previous owner account. So I could register flawlessly. Great service indeed.
