All my other libraries are previewing fine except the default library. Is this happening for anyone else?

have you uninstalled the old factory library and installed the factory library 2 instead, in order to have previews?
Have you checked if you could pre-hear presets in Komplete Kontrol ? Is it the same there ? Do you mean Kontakt Factory Library or Kontakt Factory Library 2?
