Installation von ozone 10

I purchased Ozone 10 via Komplete 14, this is also displayed in native access, but when installing comes an error message that includes the word prefix I would like to install this can a professional help me out? All the best the David!

Hast du Native Access 2 installiert? NA1 hat da keine Funktion.

We highly recommend to use Native Access 2 to install K14 products, as some of them won't succeed to install on NA1 (Ozone 10 for example).
