Soloing and muting instruments in Kontakt

Hi,

I'm recording an orchestral piece one instrument at a time, so would like to for instance play in one flute solo, then play in the other flute with only flute #1 playing. But can't seem to "solo" both instruments without going through and muting everything else apart from these two.

Is there a way to either block mute a number of instruments without hitting "m" button on every single one, or possibly have more than one instrument "s" at the same time.

Like you can do in Logic?

There is only a limited set of control on Multis. Wouldn't it be easier to have several Kontakt tracks in your DAW with the instruments and do the soloing / muting there ?

@Lambchops Could you give more context ? Do you mean a multi ? Where exactly would you want to mute the instruments ?

Yep it's a multi. So I'd like to mute all the instruments except for 2 or 3 say?
