Native Access Troubles : impossible to install Emotional Cello?

Hi, I am on Mac Catalina and i just buy Emotional Cello (second hand) i try to install it with last native acces 2.6.0 ... but I "need" to have Playbox on my Mac to be able to install Emotional Cello...

What is That!!!???

it should be an "Install button" in Native Access" but it show a "locate button" ???

Hi, the vendor do not tell me that i have to download it from Bigfishaudio and not from Native Instruments...

I try everything Ni ask for, but nothing work...

i have the new native access 2.6.2 but still everything goes wrong...

i give all permission to N.A, but nothing change...

Really... How can i install Emotional Cello???

... after having the Dark version of Native Access, i have now the Light version...?

but nothing change, still impossible to install my Emotional Cello...
