Mikro Prism Freezing

Before this happened, my Mikro Prism worked fine. Suddenly, when I load any presets on Mikro Prism, my computer freezes. I tried to reinstall Mikro Prism a couple of times, removing "favorites.db3" and "komplete.db3" at Local on the App Data folder. But, there is still no solution. Is my computer infected by a virus, so my Mikro Prism freezes or any other problem?
